Return/Exchange Policy

Brand Central offers a return or exchange policy. We ask that items be returned in its original packaging with the tags still affixed within 5 business days of receiving your order. Simply email [email protected] or call 1-800-733-7788 in advance of shipping your merchandise back, you will be issued a return authorization number to accompany your return. Please ensure this is clearly marked on the outside of the return. Delivery

All orders received on Friday, Monday and Tuesday will be sent to Richardson International 2800 One Lombard Place, Winnipeg for further distribution on Wednesday. All orders received on Wednesday and Thursday will be sent to Richardson International at 2800 One Lombard Place Winnipeg, Manitoba R3B 0X8 for further distribution on Friday.
